Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Her initial inspiration was shadows reflected on grass. A few months later she devised a process which did not create the object she chose onto canvas in an image that was flat. If the object is alive or a thing that can be eaten, like fruits and people and other objects, they are transformed into paintings of them. Alexa's style of painting is one of ephemeral, and only photos of her work remain. Since the painting and photographic techniques are synchronized so tightly, the end result is a trompe l'oeil effect, that creates it appears as if three dimensions appears only at specific points, such as the region around the eyes and the hair. Meade sometimes blends her painted characters into the 3-dimensional world surrounding her. They can interact in the world she has created for herself. Thereby repealing the boundaries between painting, photography, performances and installations.
