Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American model, actress and singer who hails from St. Louis Missouri. Her most famous work is her character on the CW TV series Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and also as the lead singer in The Pretty Reckless. Momsen has had her songs featured in television and films including How to Be single Going to the Limit and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister, Sloane Momsen. Her dance training was at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. In the age of 3 years old she was a professional actor in the Shake and Bake commercial for national television. Momsen's career was put on hold for three years before she was cast in the lead role in Misconceptions. In addition, at the time Momsen appeared in the film Saving Shiloh. Additionally, she was one of the three top candidates for Hannah Montana's title role. However, Miley Cyrus was awarded the title role.
