Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise is a popular American author, performer and actress, best known for her role as Ginger Grant in the 1960s television show Gilligan's Island. The musical Bettle performed in Two's Company was her first stage performance in the 1950s. She continued to perform in various Broadway productions before making it big on the national theatre area with Li'l abner's in 1957. That same year, she made her debut album, It's time for Tina. Her debut appearance in Hollywood was when she played Griselda in God's Little Acre, which was a 1958 film. The film was met with wide praise. Louise won the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the year category. In the years prior to this she attended the Actors Studio of New York. Lee Strasberg was her tutor. Her next unforgettable role was in 1964. The actress signed with CBS for the role of Ginger Grant. Louise maintained a successful career that combines Broadway TV with Hollywood and portraying an empathetic rather than the glamorous image that she received. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1 and Sanctuary, although she made a mark as an accomplished television director on various series like Supernatural as well as The 100. She was birthed in Essex on the 28th of August in 1965. Her family then moved to Toronto for her childhood. After being chosen for the role of Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997, and was there ever for the last ten years.
